Using the demo , you will be able to try out all the facilities of the program, and you will be able to save your work, but you will need the full version to be able to print it. You can print any of the sample charts supplied, as long as they have not been amended.
Select from several different manufacturer thread charts
DMC Snap & Stitch ($10/FREE per pattern) – 6/10
Q: I am trying your demo version, and I can't print. Does the full program print? A: The demo version will allow you to print. However, you must load one of our sample charts, and print that before it has been amended in any way. The demo will not print a chart you create or amend yourself. The full program is not limited in this way.

Let's start with a quick overview of what you get in the new system and why it's worth installing: Of all the software reviewed, this is the closest to Jane Greenoff’s previous pattern makers. However that said, there is a reason she stopped creating them 15 years ago – there are MUCH better options out there for cheaper. Whilst there has been a recent, massive, price drop, the software simply cannot compare to cheaper and better alternatives. The program is easy to figure out, as long as you have a little bit of computer experience (just like any program, really!). MacStitch has a pretty good user guide, which is helpful. I’ve used other software for this type of work – Jane Greenoff’s Cross Stitch Designer, PC Stitch, and Stitchcraft are some programs that I’ve used on a PC (they don’t have Mac versions). Compared with those programs, I found MacStitch to be more user-friendly, and my guess is that Ursa Software’s WinStitch version for PC would be equally as user-friendly (though it’s only a guess – I haven’t used it). Q: When I print out, I get a lot of extra pages I didn’t expect. Why? Updates: No schedule Behold, the day has come! Apple’s macOS 10.14 Mojave is out and available as a free download now Extensive printer options including actual size templates Q: It seems to take a long time to save?
