In your opinion do you think that it's true that only the people who died violent deaths come back?

I believe that not only does spirits that died from violent deaths come back, but also others. May it be adults, children, pets, or other. Some have purposes,.. like maybe sending a message or warning, others just don't want to admit that they are dead & want to stay with the living, or some just get lost & maybe can't find their way. ...............................
