What are Shadow People?

I have been confused on the term "shadow people" for quite a while now. And whoever I seem to ask, they can't seem to give me a straight answer. So finally, threw alot of research & alot of asking different people, I finally figured out what "shadow people" are.

"Shadow people" is a blanket term for several different entities. They are ghosts & energy. They block light and have a basic human form.

Simple & to the point.

In some rare cases, shadow people (the most widely documented ones) are actually rambunctious neighbors.
