If you're stressed you can try a little something to help release it. This ritual is called Stress Relief Back to the Earth. * You will need a piece of paper, a pencil, a bowl of water, happy music, candle & some matches. * On one side of the paper write "I will not be stressed out" or "I will not be consumed by" & whatever you are stressed out by. (expample: I will not be stressed out by my dog eatting my shoes) After you have writen down all your stress, flip the paper over & write a list of things that bother or hurt you. * Then start playing "happy" music. Anything that makes you feel good about yourself & happy. (If you're doing this outside, bring a protable radio). * If you are doing this inside, open a window. * Then get a bowl of water. (Make sure it's big enough so you won't burn the house down or light the grass on fire if outside) * Then burn the paper with the candle. * After you have burnt the paper & the ashes have fallen into your bowl, pour the ashes & water onto the earth (if you are inside, go outside to do this). * Blow out the candle. You're done. * Repeat this 7 days later if it doesn't help. Note: to know if you've done this correctly, you should feel a head rush or a light headedness afterwards.
